Mark your calendars! The 2026 National Leadership Conference will take place on Saturday, February 7 as a one-day virtual event. This fresh approach allows more members to participate while significantly reducing travel and expenses for your state. The National Leadership Conference continues to be a cornerstone for preparing incoming state presidents, equipping them with the tools and skills they need to lead with confidence. Moving forward, the event will be guided by the leadership of the International Council, ensuring it stays focused on empowering state leaders and building a strong foundation for their year ahead. While change can take some adjustment, we’re excited about the increased accessibility and flexibility this new format will offer.
